1. Payment for Services
A minimum deposit of $250 inc GST is required at the time of your order. For larger sites progress payments are required during development. Any outstanding costs are due prior to web-site going live. Design work will begin on your site on receipt of your instructions and deposit. (Once work has begun the deposit, and any other interim payments, are non-refundable.) Most sites are ready for publishing within 10 working days from your order. However to allow for your timeframe to be met, prompt feedback is required during the design process. Please supply the name and contact details of the delegated person who has the ability to liaise in regards to work in progress. Prices given are estimates only - any extra work requested or required will be charged after consultation with your delegated person in writing or via e.mail. Your prompt payment is appreciated and helps to keep costs down.
2. Web Hosting fees
Monthly web hosting payments are due on the first day of the month, by automatic payment, direct credit or by cheque 3 monthly in advance. (If payment is not received within 7 days your account will be placed on hold and a reconnection fee of $30.00 plus GST will apply.)
3. Maintenance
Maintenance can be priced at an hourly rate of $60.00 plus gst minimum charge one hour, or with a maintenance contract which will be negotiated once your site is live and maintenance levels have been evaluated.
4. G.S.T.
GST is payable by New Zealand residents, this cost does not apply to overseas orders.
5. Copyright.
website Copyright remains with OPENiDEA Studio until the site is paid for in full, then copyright transfers to the account name holder . Secommerce shopping cart software remains the property of the software developer.
6. Termination of Hosting
The agreement can be terminated by either party giving one month’s written notice providing all accounts are up to date on the agreed date. Failure to notify will incur extra charges
